Notice for Tax Clients
Tax AID DABC Operations: Summer 2021 (June, July and August)
Please be advised that due to the volume of the inquiries we receive and staff shortages, we are unable to respond to your inquiry in a timely manner. If you are a new client, and this is your first time contacting us, please go to our on-line booking system to book your appointment: Tax Appointment: COVID-19 | DABC (disabilityalliancebc.org).
If you are an existing client, and waiting for an update on your file, please be patient. A Tax Advocate will contact you as soon as they can, but their response may be delayed. However, please feel free to contact your Tax Advocate directly.
July and August
We will not be accepting any new clients during these months. However, if you would like to reserve your spot, please go to our booking system. The online booking system will allow for bookings in September. Tax Appointment: COVID-19 | DABC (disabilityalliancebc.org).
Hours of Operation
Our service hours are Monday to Thursday (8:30 am-4:30 pm). Tax AID does not provide services on Fridays.
If you have any tax related questions, it will take at least 2-3 days to receive a response.
Urgent Tax Matters
Due to the circumstances outlined above, we cannot guarantee we can support you with your tax issue if you require immediate support. We encourage you to make use of other resources or go to Find a tax clinic in your area (cra-arc.gc.ca).
